Michael's Verdict
Archangel Michael. Michael's Verdict. August 2025. At that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people…” — Daniel 12:1
This painting presents Archangel Michael at the threshold of the Final Judgment, poised between heaven and earth, not as an agent of chaos, but as the embodiment of divine justice rendered with clarity and resolve. Crowned in authority and standing upon luminous clouds, Michael descends as the defender of righteousness, the captain of the heavenly host, and the one appointed to stand when the verdict is given.
Drawing from the prophetic imagery of Book of Daniel and Book of Revelation, Heaven’s Verdict reflects ancient descriptions of cosmic judgment where angels stand as witnesses and executors of divine law. Michael’s expression, resolute, solemn, and unyielding—captures the gravity of a moment when history pauses and eternity speaks.
Judgment does not arrive with thunder alone,
it begins with a verdict.
